1. General

By booking our photobooth services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your date. The balance is due 3 days prior to the event.

Payment can be made via EFT, credit card or PayID.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
-
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
-
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
-
Rescheduling requests made 30 days or more before the event will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability.
-
Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the event will incur a $50 fee, subject to availability.
4. Event Duration and Overtime

Our standard service duration is 5 hours. Additional hours can be booked in advance at an extra cost.

Overtime requested on the day of the event is subject to availability and must be paid in full before the overtime period begins.
5. Setup and Operation

We require access to the venue at least one hour before the start time for setup.

The photobooth requires a flat, level surface and access to a standard electrical outlet within 5 meters.
6. Equipment and Safety

Our photobooth equipment is regularly maintained and operated by trained staff.

We are not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse or unauthorized operation of the photobooth.
7. Photos and Media

By using our photobooth services, you agree that we may use the photos for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You will receive a digital copy of all photos taken during your event.
8. Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

In the event of equipment failure or other issues that prevent the photobooth from operating, our liability is limited to a refund of the booking fee.
9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform any obligations under these terms due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
